The former Briscoes site was purchased and extensively renovated to accommodate a new retailer to Palmerston North - Smiths City. 

 

In line with our tenants requirements full earthquake strengthening was undertaken, along with ensuring connectivity to the adjoining pedestrian zone and high density traffic flow.
