South Street West motel
Humphries Developments Ltd procured land at the forefront of Manfeild Park, designing and building a level 25 unit motel with ample car and trailer parking. A considered mix of room configurations were required to meet the needs of all guests.
Our involvement with the Design & Build project for the Manfeild Agricultural, Equestrian & Events Centre created an immediate need for onsite accommodation in Feilding. Land was purchased and the motel development commenced.
Spacious, clean, comfortable, well managed and maintained, this project has been retained in the Portfolio.
