City Fitness
Railway Road was purposely purchased for redevelopment for CityFitness, it included demolishing part of the building to create additional carparking requirements. It was also seismically strengthened and refurbished to meet tenants' requirements. The building is located in a high profile industrial zone with Bunnings and Placemakers as neighbours. CityFitness committed to a initial 15 year lease and are outstanding tenants.
The new developed space is a large modern environment, which CityFitness has fitted out as part of their "Health Centre" ethos across the country.
