Security for customers and staff alike was a controlling factor in Westpac finding the perfect location for merging two of their main branches. Held in the portfolio for some years, a residential property was removed from this site to make way for a new style of banking.
A well-considered, timely collaboration with the tenant and the construction company ensured tight deadlines were met to accommodate the expected completion date.
